Issue:
You do not have the correct password to access your SPEED Administrative Console.
Resolution:
In order to reset the password for the SPEED Administrative Console, you will need to re-install the software and reset the password through the installer. To do this, complete the following:
Launch your SPEED software installer
1. The installer will request a password, type anything.
2. The installer will inform you that the password is wrong, select OK.
3. You will then be asked if you forgot your password, select Yes.
4. You will be prompted to restart your installer, select OK.
5. Your password is not reset; you may Cancel the installation and access your administrative console.
